Business Development Manager (Sales)

Core Focus: SALES | REVENUE | CLIENT ACQUISITION

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients
- Drive aggressive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and corporate clients
- Upsell and cross-sell transportation and mobility solutions
- Identify market opportunities and expand business reach
- Maintain strong client retention and account growth




- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in hardcore B2B sales and business development
- Strong expertise in client acquisition and revenue generation
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in mobility, transportation, travel, automobile, logistics, or service industry preferred
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented personality.
