The Role

We are looking for a driven, confident, and relationship-oriented Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will play an key role in representing our premium product portfolio and delivering a high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new prospects and develop business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Develop sales opportunities through effective prospecting, market research, and relationship building.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and consultation to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct negotiations and use effective selling techniques to convert opportunities into business.
- Provide clients with timely support, information, and guidance.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, service improvements, and increased customer value.




- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- A self-driven, quick-learning, and go-getter attitude.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive approach toward sales.
- Ability to present and communicate ideas confidently to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Genuine enthusiasm for building meaningful professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Hindi & English proficiency preferred.
