we'd love to hear from you.Role Purpose:We are hiring a Technical Architect with deep telecommunications domain expertise to ownour Communications Cloud and Salesforce Industries engagements. You will be the seniortechnical authority translating telco business processes (order-to-activate, product catalog,provisioning, fulfillment) into robust, standards-aligned Salesforce architecture, and settingthe technical bar for offshore delivery teams. This is a hands-on architecture role, not apure governance seat: you will design, prove patterns in code where needed, review, andmentor.What Youll Do:• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Communications Cloud / Salesforce Industriesimplementations, from discovery through delivery.• Design and govern the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, Communications OrderManagement (COM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).• Architect OmniStudio solutions (OmniScript, FlexCards, DataRaptor, IntegrationProcedures) as the deterministic orchestration and data layer.• Define integration
