Speedways Electric is a pioneer in electric mobility and custom EV manufacturing. Operating out of our manufacturing facility in Jalandhar, we manage extensive inventories covering electrical components, raw sheet metal, CNC tooling, thermoforming plastics, paint supplies, and vehicle assemblies.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Department Intern to assist our inventory management team with daily store data entry, stock logging, and physical inventory tracking. This position offers hands-on experience in industrial inventory management, ERP/Tally systems, and warehouse operations within a rapid-paced EV manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- System Data Entry: Accurately log daily inward material gate passes, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN),



and material issue slips into the inventory software or MS Excel.
- Stock Tracking: Assist store keepers in recording daily movements of raw materials, spare parts, paint supplies, and finished job work components across sections (CNC, Thermoforming, Paint Shop).
- Physical Verification: Conduct periodic stock audits and count physical inventory to reconcile manual counts against digital system records.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized physical copies of purchase invoices, delivery challans, and internal requisition forms for audit compliance.
- Discrepancy Reporting: Flag stock discrepancies, missing documentation, or damage during inward inspection to the Store Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Computer Applications (BCA), or Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate
