Job Summary
Parevartan E Verse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, coordination, quotation management, documentation, follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and onboard potential vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, pricing, product availability, and requirements.
- Compare vendor quotations and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.
- Maintain and update vendor records, documents, and databases.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors.
- Support the team in resolving vendor-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain basic reports related to vendor activities.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant internship or project experience can also apply.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
