Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Consultant (5–7 Years) on behalf of our premier enterprise client. In this P3-level role, you will serve as the technical authority providing high-tier L2/L3 production support for both OTM Cloud and OTM On-Premises environments. You will optimize complex bulk planning jobs, configure workflows, and oversee end-to-end integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and underlying enterprise ERP networks to ensure zero-downtime logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities & Projects
- Application Governance: Provide robust L2/L3 technical and functional support across core OTM On-Premises and Cloud upgrade modules.
- Process Flow Management: Analyze, configure, and maintain business-critical flows across Order Management, Shipment Management, Carrier Management, and Rate Management.
- Automation Engineering: Develop, calibrate, and troubleshoot customized OTM Automation Agents, complex workflows, and underlying logistical business rules.
- Batch & Planning Optimization: Actively monitor,



configure, and troubleshoot Bulk Planning jobs and real-time transportation execution activities.
- Enterprise Integration: Manage and maintain OTM system integrations utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), middleware systems, and legacy ERP systems.
- Access & Provisioning Control: Oversee global user provisioning, system access requests, role configurations, and granular platform security permissions.
- Incident Response & Testing: Perform root-cause analysis on recurring production bugs, fulfill change requests within strict SLAs, and run testing models for system enhancements, security patches, and application upgrades.

Mandatory Skill Set (Applications without these will not be considered):
- Core Systems: Comprehensive, production-level knowledge spanning Oracle EBS - OTM/GTM (Oracle Transportation Management / Global Trade Management).
- Platform Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 year
