Key Responsibilities
- Research US-based target companies assigned by management and sales leadership.
- Identify relevant decision-makers in IT, procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contingent workforce, talent acquisition, and digital transformation.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn, company websites, and other approved sources to obtain and validate business contact information.
- Create, update, and maintain prospective-client and contact records in the database.
- Check the database before creating records to prevent duplicate companies and contacts.
- Validate current company, designation, department, location, business email, telephone number, and LinkedIn profile.
- Standardize company names, domains, industries, job titles, locations, lead sources, and other CRM fields.
- Import data through approved database integrations or controlled bulk-import templates.
- Assign researched accounts and contacts to the appropriate sales team member.
- Maintain lead source, verification status, ownership, account priority, service line, and follow-up information.




- Update bounced emails, incorrect contact information, job changes, and departed contacts.
- Maintain do-not-contact, opt-out, and suppression information.
- Provide researched target accounts to the sales team in organized weekly batches.
- Support requests for additional contacts, account refreshes, and meeting-related company research.
- Audit the data for incomplete, outdated, duplicate, or incorrectly categorized records.
- Prepare regular reports on accounts researched, contacts verified, records added or updated, data quality, sales usage, and resulting meetings or opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company, prospect, client, and sales information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- 24 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales research, CRM administratio
