Job Summary

Rexnord Electronics and Controls Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Manager to manage existing international clients and export operations while actively developing new international customers and markets.

The candidate will be responsible for handling existing client export documentation, coordinating export orders and shipments, maintaining robust customer relationships, and generating new business opportunities in international markets. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of export procedures along with proven experience in business development, lead generation, client acquisition, and international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Existing Client & Export Operations




- Manage and maintain existing international client relationships and export-related documents.
- Handle complete export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and other required paperwork.
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding orders, documentation, shipment schedules, product requirements, and queries.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Logistics, and other internal departments for timely execution of export orders.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, shipping agents, and customs-related agencies.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely dispatch and delivery of export consignments.
- Maintain proper records of export orders, client documents, shipments, and correspondence.
- Follow up on pending documentation, payments, shipments, and customer requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all export documentation.
