Design and manage the organization's employee training and skills-development program, covering both soft skills and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess training and skill gaps across departments.
- Create annual / quarterly training plans and schedules.
- Conduct and coordinate soft-skills and technical training.
- Design structured manager and employee skill-building programs.
- Identify internal and external trainers and training resources.
- Source relevant training content, reference material and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain training PPTs, modules, manuals and learning material.
- Organize workshops, classroom sessions and online training.
- Develop role-based training programs for Sales, Service, Projects, Operations, Finance and other teams.
- Track attendance, completion and training effectiveness.
- Conduct post-training assessments and measure skill improvement.
- Maintain a centralized Training Calendar and Training MIS.
- Work with department heads to identify future skill requirements.
- Build a continuous-learning culture across the organization.
