Key Responsibilities :

- Manage weekly release planning, release schedules, and Go/No-Go reviews.
- Coordinate closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure release readiness.
- Maintain the release calendar, deployment plans, checklists, and release documentation.
- Coordinate production deployments, validations, and rollback activities when required.
- Monitor release progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Track release KPIs, deployment metrics, incidents, and post-release performance.
- Coordinate and document release postmortems, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are followed through.
- Support continuous improvement of release processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices.
- Ensure adherence to change management, governance, and ITIL practices.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in Release Engineering, Release Management, DevOps, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with release management and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of AWS, microservices architecture, SDLC, and STLC.
- Proficiency with Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with production deployments, rollback strategies, and release validation.
- Familiarity with Change Management and ITIL practices.
- Experience working in SaaS or cloud-based product environments.
- Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple releases and priorities simultaneously.
