Byline Learning Solutions LLP is looking for a Recruitment Executive / Recruiter to join our HR team.

? Experience: 0–1 Year

? Location: Baner, Pune

? Work Mode: Work from Office

What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong candidate calling & communication skills

✅ Ability to convince and convert candidates for interviews

✅ Exposure to IT & Non-IT recruitment

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and candidate sourcing

✅ Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, mass communication and follow-ups

✅ Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines

✅ Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment tools

✅ Energetic, persistent and positive attitude

✅ Solid willingness to learn and take ownership

Freshers with a genuine interest in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and excellent communication skills may also apply.
