Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet visitors, candidates, and clients professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a qualified environment.
- Maintain visitor records and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding appointments and meetings.
- Handle candidate registration and provide necessary information.
- Manage emails, calls, and basic computer-related work.
- Maintain daily attendance and reception-related records.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable and professional personality.
