Golden Bricks is a global real estate company with operations across Gurgaon, Dubai, and Goa. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Dubai Real Estate Sales Expert to join our growing team in Gurgaon.
Job Responsibilities
Handle and convert leads for Dubai real estate projects.
Understand clients' investment requirements and recommend suitable Dubai properties.
Conduct client calls, follow-ups, presentations, and meetings.
Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with the Dubai office and project developers to ensure smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team targets.
Stay updated on Dubai property market trends, projects, developers, and regulations.
Negotiate with clients and effectively close sales.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate – Mandatory.
Proven experience in real estate sales and client conversion.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales,
follow-up, and closing abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of CRM tools; HubSpot knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to handle clients professionally and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should be comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
