Sales Executive – TrueValue Holidays

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join the TrueValue Holidays team. The role involves handling travel enquiries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming travel enquiries and sales leads.
- Understand clients’ destination, budget, travel dates, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable international holiday packages.
- Explain package inclusions, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visas, flights, and other travel services.
- Prepare quotations and follow up regularly with clients.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate when required.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper lead records and submit regular sales updates to the Team Leader.
- Coordinate with the operations, ticketing, visa, and accounts teams after confirmation.




- Provide after-sales assistance and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, hotels, attractions, and travel products.

Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable sales and negotiation ability.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Confidence in telephone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face communication.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work toward targets.
- Travel industry knowledge will be an advantage.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about sales, travel, and customer service and is motivated to achieve targets while delivering the best possible travel experience to our clients.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
