Our illustration team turns childrens stories into beautifully designed books using modern AI tools and strong visual thinking. Were looking for Illustration Interns excited about design, visuals, and experimentation creating book covers, wrappers, and picture-book illustrations. No prior publishing experience required attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn matter more than the tools you already know.
What Youll Do
- Design book covers, wrappers, and inner illustrations using AI tools
- Create picture-book style illustrations from story briefs
- Convert written story ideas into visual scenes
- Experiment with AI prompts for consistent characters and styles
- Work with editors and coordinators to align visuals with stories
- Make revisions based on feedback and quality checks
- Pitch in across initiatives roles evolve in a startup
Who Should Apply
- Solid interest in design, illustration, or visual storytelling
- Enjoy experimenting with AI image tools (or excited to learn)
- A positive, responsible, learning-first attitude

Students, freshers, self-taught designers, and career switchers are all welcome. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Midjourney, DALLE, or Leonardo AI is valuable to have but not mandatory well train you on our process, quality standards, and AI workflows.
