Role Description The Quantitative Trainer – Jaipur will deliver high-quality classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills for placement and test preparation. This full-time role involves designing and updating training materials, creating practice exercises, and conducting assessments to track learner progress.

The trainer will explain concepts clearly, demonstrate shortcuts and efficient methods, and support students in strengthening their mathematical reasoning for campus placements and competitive exams. The role is on-site and based in Jaipur,



requiring regular interaction with learners, collaboration with other trainers, and continuous improvement of teaching methods based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Robust quantitative aptitude and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in topics such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
- Experience in classroom training, coaching, or teaching, with the ability to explain concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong command of English; ability to handle diverse groups of learners.
- Ability to design lesson plans, practice questions, and assessments aligned with placement tests and competitive exam patterns.
- Comfort with using digital tools (presentations, online resources, learning platforms) to enhance classroom delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field; prior experience in test prep or placement training is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a learner-centric mindset, with a focus on measurable improvement in student outcomes.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jaipur and maintain a consistent full-time training schedule, including peak campus or placement seasons.
