We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing quality, preferably with exposure to moulding and paintshop processes. The candidate will be responsible for process audits, testing, inspection, documentation, and maintaining quality standards across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Moulding FPA (First Piece Approval) inspections.
- Conduct Painting FPA and ensure products meet required quality standards.
- Perform Painting Testing / Paintshop Testing as per defined procedures.
- Conduct Paintshop Process Audits and identify process deviations.
- Conduct Moulding Process Audits and ensure adherence to process standards.
- Prepare and maintain Layout Reports.
- Prepare Inspection Reports and maintain quality documentation.
- Perform product and process inspections as required.
- Identify quality issues, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of quality inspection instruments.
- Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills




- Good knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices.
- Knowledge of Moulding and Painting/Paintshop processes.
- Understanding of process audits and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of FPA / First Piece Approval.
- Basic knowledge of paint testing and inspection.
- Good understanding of measurement and inspection instruments.
- Ability to prepare inspection, layout, and audit reports.
- Valuable observation and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Eligibility
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in Quality/Manufacturing Quality.
- Freshers with relevant practical exposure may also be considered.
- Candidates with experience in moulding, painting, automotive components, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Salary - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
