Level 3: The role holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work in programmes; or are visiting programmes; therefore a police check will be required.
*Applicable level for this role: Level 3. The Project Coordinator will visit programme sites frequently and will have direct contact with children, adolescents and pregnant women during facility visits, outreach sessions, health camps and school-linked activities.*
ROLE PURPOSE:
Bal Raksha Bharat (BRB), in collaboration with Mondelez India Foods Pvt Ltd,
is implementing Aarogya Nirantar - Ensuring Continuity and Sustainability of Health and Nutrition Services - across 24 Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs), six each in Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. The project is Phase II of an ongoing Health System Strengthening partnership. Where Phase I built capacity, equipment and systems, Phase II is about transferring ownership - to Jan Arogya Samitis, to frontline workers and to the government health system - so that gains are sustained after the project period.
The Project Coordinator will lead day-to-day implementation of the project in the assigned state across six AAMs and their catchment areas. The role is the project s primary interface with the district and block health administration, and carries responsibility for delivering all four project objectives at state level: strengthening Jan Arogya Samiti governance, institutionalising the Patient Feedback Mechanism, buildin
