Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Python + Generative AI Developer with 2-3 years of experience in developing AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, APIs, and Machine Learning concepts, with the ability to build scalable and innovative AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and AI-driven applications using Python.
- Build and integrate solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source models.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI model performance for business use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to develop AI solutions.
- Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, and automation tools.
- Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications.
- Ensure adherence to AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Required Technical Skills

Python Development

- Strong experience in Python
- Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in building REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Generative AI & LLMs

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and applications
- Experience working with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or similar LLMs




- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Understanding of AI model evaluation and optimization techniques

AI Frameworks & Tools

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with embedding models and vector search technologies
- Experience with AI agent development is a plus

Database & Vector Stores

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- Familiarity with vector databases such as:

- Pinecone

- ChromaDB

- FAISS

- Weaviate

- Azure AI Search

Cloud & DevOps

- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization

Preferred Skills

- Experience with NLP and Machine Learning concepts
- Exposure to Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI
- Knowledge of Hugging Face ecosystem and open-source LLMs
- Experience with chatbot development and conversational AI solutions
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
