Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong Google Cloud Platform (GCP) experience to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 years of software development experience, strong hands-on expertise in Python, and experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud-based applications on GCP.
The candidate will work closely with architects, product teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to build reliable, high-performance, and secure applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Work with GCP services such as:
- Google Compute Engine
- Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
- Cloud Run
- Cloud Functions
- Cloud Storage
- BigQuery
- Pub/Sub
- Cloud SQL
- Secret Manager
- Cloud Monitoring and Logging
- Develop and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Develop productive, reusable, and maintainable Python code.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize queries and application performance.
- Integrate applications with cloud services, APIs, and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Ensure application security, scalability, availability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
