- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Review customer requirements, RFQs, specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and other internal teams to collect required information.
- Understand client requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, pricing, and proposal documentation.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
- Communicate with clients to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and support the sales team during negotiations.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Research market requirements and competitor offerings to improve proposal competitiveness.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of technical proposal preparation and quotation processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
- Strong coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple proposals simultaneously.
