Key Responsibilities

 Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with RFQs and client specifications

 Analyze technical requirements for industrial fans, blowers, and rotary systems

 Coordinate with customers for clarifications and follow-ups on submitted proposals

 Source and evaluate vendor quotations for bought-out components

 Collaborate with internal teams (design, costing, production) for accurate estimation

 Maintain proposal documentation, costing sheets, and technical records

 Generate MIS reports and track proposal status

 Assist sales team in negotiations and order closure

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Proposal Turnaround Time (TAT)

 Proposal-to-Order Conversion Ratio

 Accuracy of costing and margin achievement

 Customer response and satisfaction levels

 Number of proposals submitted vs.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

2–5 years in fans, blowers, or rotary equipment manufacturing

Skills:

o Knowledge of rotary equipment / airflow systems o Proficiency in MS Excel & documentation tools o Basic costing and estimation understanding o Solid communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
