: Function Developer for ECU/VCU Projects
- 1-3 yrs of Software Development experience
- Understand high-level system requirements, detailed low-level Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and detailed software design documents.
- Manage change requests as per defined development processes.
- Develop embedded software for Power train ECUs in ICE, Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
- Develop and integrate AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive AUTOSAR applications
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot DELib, BSW,..etc
- Define and execute unit testing, functional testing, SIL, HIL, and LabCar validation activities along with debugging and issue fixing.
- Expertise required in Embedded C programming, AUTOSAR architecture and debugging skills
- Drive AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
- Analyze test results to identify defects and inconsistencies and collaborate with software development teams for timely issue resolution.
- Support root cause analysis by actively participating in debugging and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability,
and compliance with automotive standards and project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming (mandatory)
- Experience in embedded software development for AUTOSAR based development, including proficiency in ASCET, MATLAB, DOORS (mandatory)
- Experience working with Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools and testing tools (e.g., RTRT, TPT) (mandatory)
- Solid working knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and concepts
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency with industry tools such as INCA and Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL)
- Working knowledge of Closed-loop and/or Open-loop LabCar / HIL testing environments
Additional Skills (Positive to Have):
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Perl
- Basic understanding of Power Electronics and Drives domain
System-level knowledge of ICE, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles
