About the Role

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer who can turn business problems into effective AI workflows.

This is not simply a content-writing role. You will work across Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, research automation and internal productivity systems to improve how teams operate, make decisions and execute.

The ideal candidate understands both technology and business context and knows how to make AI produce reliable, structured and repeatable outcomes.

What You Will Do

- Design, test and optimize prompts for leading LLMs and Generative AI platforms.
- Build reusable prompt libraries, templates and AI playbooks for different business functions.
- Develop multi-step prompting workflows for research, analysis, content, operations and decision support.
- Experiment with AI agents and agentic workflows to automate repetitive business processes.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, consistency and hallucination risk.
- Create structured evaluation frameworks to compare prompts, models and workflows.
- Work with leadership and business teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Convert complex business requirements into clear instructions and AI workflows.
- Explore new models, AI products and emerging capabilities and rapidly test their business applicability.
- Improve existing AI workflows using experimentation, feedback and performance data.
- Document prompts, workflows, evaluation criteria and best practices.
- Train internal teams on effective use of Generative AI.

What We Are Looking For.
- Solid hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other leading LLMs .




- Deep understanding of prompt design techniques including role prompting, few-shot prompting, structured outputs, context management and iterative refinement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to write extremely clear instructions and break complicated problems into logical steps.
- Understanding of LLM limitations, hallucinations, context windows and model behavior.
- Experience experimenting with AI agents, RAG, APIs, automation platforms or AI workflow tools is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of Python, APIs, JSON or automation tools is an advantage.
- Strong research skills and curiosity about emerging AI technologies.

You Will Stand Out If You
- Have built AI workflows that are actually being used by teams or customers.
- Can demonstrate measurable improvements from prompt or workflow optimization.
- Have experimented with multiple LLMs rather than relying on a single platform.
- Have experience building AI agents or automated research workflows.
- Understand how to combine AI + business processes + automation .
- Maintain your own prompt library, AI experiments, GitHub repository or portfolio.

What Success Looks Like Within your first few months, you should be able to identify processes where AI can significantly improve speed, quality or cost , build working solutions and demonstrate measurable business impact.

We are particularly interested in candidates who think beyond:

“What prompt should I write?”

and instead ask:

“How can AI redesign this entire workflow?”
