We are seeking an experienced professional to lead electrical project execution for mid-sized ground-mounted solar projects and solar parks (up to 70 MW). The role involves managing site execution, electrical works, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical execution of solar EPC projects (33kV/11kV substations, switchyards, transmission lines, plant-level electrical systems).
- Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and civil teams for seamless execution.
- Handle project documentation, reporting, and client coordination.
- Support commissioning and handover of solar plants.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems in solar EPC projects.
- Hands-on experience in solar parks and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Expertise in HT/LT electrical works, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
- Familiarity with project execution workflows and site management.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
- Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in solar EPC project execution.
- Prior experience in solar parks and mid-sized ground-mounted projects is mandatory.
