Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of real estate projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This full time, on-site role in Jaipur includes coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.

Daily responsibilities involve creating project plans, tracking milestones, managing resources, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The Project

Manager will also monitor logistics and material deliveries, resolve operational issues, report project status to leadership,



and support decision-making to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to follow up on orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery of critical resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify quality, safety, and compliance across project sites and construction activities.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, inventory, and vendor coordination for on-time project execution.
- Relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects, preferably in or around Jaipur.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management and productivity tools, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
