Summary UST is looking for an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager (TPM) with 8–12 years of experience to lead custom software development initiatives across web, mobile, application, database, and AWS cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving projects from requirement gathering through solution delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and technical requirements.

The Opportunity As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, database teams, and other cross-functional teams to plan and deliver solutions across web, mobile, CI/CD, and AWS cloud platforms.

The role requires robust project management, stakeholder engagement, technical collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.

Key Roles & Responsibilities Project & Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of custom software development projects across web and mobile platforms, including CI/CD and AWS deployments.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and expected quality standards.
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder & Requirement Management

- Engage with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to understand business needs and technical requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering and analysis activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Collaboration & Solutioning

- Collaborate closely with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and database specialists to define high-level technical solutions.
- Participate in solution discussions and technical planning.
- Review technical proposals, project estimates, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business requirements and project objectives.
- Support teams in identifying and resolving technical and delivery challenges.

Governance & Process Management

- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, development best practices, security standards, and organizational governance.
- Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices across project teams.
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, project governance, and team collaboration.
- Ensure appropriate project documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Need

- 8–12 years of overall experience with significant experience in Technical Project Management.
- Proven experience managing custom software development projects.
- Strong experience in web and mobile application development projects.
- Good understanding of CI/CD processes and AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and business requirement gathering.
- Ability to understand high-level technical architecture and solution approaches.
- Experience working with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, database, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and resource planning.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
