About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate project execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
- Supervise construction/interior fit-out works and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Ensure quality standards and approved construction methodologies are followed.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Identify site issues, coordinate with relevant teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and proper utilization at site.
- Coordinate with MEP and other services to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and site regulations.
- Support project planning, scheduling, measurements, and quantity verification.




- Track site manpower and coordinate resources as required.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving project objectives within the planned timeline and budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in construction, commercial interiors, or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust knowledge of quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/project management tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
