About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is pivotal in managing and streamlining architectural visualization projects, primarily supporting clients based in North America.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and technical precision. As an integral part of our project delivery process, you will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal production teams, ensuring seamless communication, quality assurance, and timely delivery of high-end architectural renderings and visual content.

Qualifications The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience. Prior exposure to project coordination or client-facing roles, especially with international clients from the US and Canada, is highly desirable.

A solid understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline,



including photorealistic rendering, VR tours, and technical drawings, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and interior design drawings, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in relevant software tools and a good grasp of architectural terminology are required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication link between clients (Architects, Developers, Interior Designers) and the internal production teams (3D Artists, Draftsmen, Designers), ensuring clear and consistent information exchange.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables to understand project scope and requirements.
- Coordinate the production of various visualization outputs, including photorealistic 3D renderings, virtual reality tours, panoramic images, walkthroughs, animations, and technical drawings.
- Provide creative and technical guidance to enhance visualization quality and meet client expectations.
- Oversee post-production tasks such as image editing, compositing, and quality checks to ensure final outputs adhere to high standards.
- Interpret, summarize,



and translate client feedback into actionable instructions for the production team, facilitating smooth revisions and adjustments.
- Support additional project coordination activities as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery.
