About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Archviz Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in architecture and a passion for architectural visualization. The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between international clients, primarily from North America, and our creative production teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate project workflows, review technical and design drawings, and ensure the delivery of high-quality visualizations that meet client expectations. This position offers an initial contract of one year, with potential for extension based on performance and project needs. The role requires working during US shift hours (EST/EDT), making it suitable for candidates comfortable with flexible schedules aligned with North American time zones.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.



A minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience in architectural practice or visualization is essential, with prior exposure to international clients being highly desirable. Candidates must have a strong understanding of the architectural visualization pipeline, including rendering, photo editing, and compositing processes.

The ability to interpret and analyze architectural and interior design drawings accurately is crucial, along with a solid grasp of architectural terminology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively liaise with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail, aesthetic judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary communication conduit between clients—such as architects, developers, and interior designers—and internal production teams including 3D artists, draftsmen, and designers.
- Review architectural drawings, project briefs, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project specifications.
- Provide creative and technical guidance to enhance the quality of visualizations, including photorealistic 3D renderings, VR tours, panoramic images, walkthroughs, animations, CAD drawings, and technical documentation.
- Oversee post-production processes, including image editing, compositing, and quality control,



to ensure final outputs meet high standards before delivery.
- Interpret client feedback, distill it into clear instructions, and communicate effectively with the production team to implement revisions.
- Support additional project coordination tasks, including scheduling, progress tracking, and documentation management, as needed.
