This is a senior IC role — no people management, just deep technical ownership of a mission-critical payments platform. You'll work closely across Product, Design, Quality, Platform, and Security to architect and build scalable, secure payment systems that power real transactions at enterprise scale. You'll challenge existing patterns, mentor peers through your code, and lead by example — not by title.

What You'll Do
- Design and build payments features end-to-end — from architecture through production
- Modernize and decompose large, complex codebases powering the payments stack
- Champion best practices in performance, security, maintainability, and testability across teams
- Stay ahead of the curve on .NET and modern web technologies, bringing recent thinking into the codebase

Required
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent hands-on technical leadership role
- Strong .NET experience (Framework 4.6+ / .NET 6+)
- Proficiency in C#,



MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
- Experience with C# testing frameworks
- Azure SQL, Git
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms at scale; payments/fintech domain exposure a strong plus

Preferred
- Payments domain experience — transactions, billing, gateways, compliance
- Accessibility expertise
- Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- CI/CD and DevOps principles
- Cloud platform experience — Azure, AWS, or GCP
