Job Summary

The Field Engineering AJO consultant is a customer-facing, technical advisory role that requires providing advisory support to Clients/Implementation Partners for implementing Adobe Campaign solution. This is a client-facing role and requires the consultant to gather and understand client's unique business requirements and provide expert guidance by sharing best practices and recommendations in building customized solutions to meet client's business needs through Adobe Campaign. Consultant also performs quality checks to ensure that the implementation cycle follows industry best practices, flag all technical issues and highlight risks when they arise. Consultant works with clients to strategize and drive business value from the platform and enable them to adopt and scale-up in their maturity roadmap. It is a technical advisory role which requires a solid technical acumen in digital campaign implementation and involves constant customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Be a recognized expert/SME for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders.




- Act as a lead point of contact for any customer engagement.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with our Clients Implementation Partners.
- Ability to exhibit value to Customers Partners adopt and scale in their maturity roadmap.
- Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively to optimize online businesses.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online campaign strategy.
- Gather, document and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators and other functional and/or technical requirements.
- Review customized solution design and implementation strategies.
- Validate implementation and follow through on issues until resolved.
