We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Expert to join CuringBusy on a
Freelance
basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing projects and delivering effective, customized strategies based on each client’s unique requirements. This role requires robust expertise across digital marketing solutions along with the ability to work independently and provide high-quality results for international clients.

Why this role exists

CuringBusy's Sales & Client Coordination team handles inbound enquiries and proposal management, but consistent outbound pipeline generation needs a dedicated owner — someone who can generate and convert leads through whichever channel works best, not just one. This role exists to keep the sales calendar full of qualified conversations so the sales team can focus on closing.

Responsibilities

*Multi-Channel Lead Generation*




- Run outbound outreach across LinkedIn (connection requests, DMs, InMail), cold calling, cold email, and other channels as needed
- Identify and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, directories, and other lead sources
- Personalize outreach messaging and call scripts based on prospect profile and CuringBusy's service offerings
- Test and compare channels/approaches to identify what converts best for a given target segment

*Qualification & Booking*
- Qualify interested prospects against basic fit criteria before booking
- Handle objections and initial questions confidently on calls, DMs, or email threads
- Schedule appointments using the team's calendar tool and log all activity in the CRM
- Confirm and follow up on booked meetings to reduce no-shows

*Reporting & Process*
- Track outreach volume, response rates, and booked-meeting conversion by channel
- Maintain clean, up-to-date CRM records
