n About the Role
nWe are looking for a highly driven Manage – Customer Excellence to oversee operations across multiple Onsite Health Clinics (OHCs) and lead cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in operations management, stakeholder engagement, service delivery, and people leadership. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless clinic operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence across locations.

n Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations across multiple health centres and client locationsn
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams including Doctors, Nurses, and Administrative Staffn
Ensure consistent service delivery and operational governance across sitesn
Monitor and achieve client-specific KPIs, SLAs, and business performance metricsn
Drive workforce planning including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance managementn
Track daily operations including attendance, scheduling, compliance, and workflow managementn
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiativesn
Conduct regular team reviews, coaching sessions, and performance discussionsn
Build robust client relationships and act as the primary operational point of contactn
Prepare and present periodic business and operational performance reportsn
