We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Power BI Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards, data models, and analytical reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and optimize data models for scalability and performance.
- Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, and APIs.
- Implement DAX queries and functions to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
- Perform regular maintenance, enhancements, and troubleshooting of Power BI reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI and Microsoft data analytics trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar BI/Analytics role.




- Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Power BI Service, and Power BI Desktop).
- Strong SQL skills for querying, data extraction, and transformation.
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

- Experience with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory).
- Knowledge of Python, R, or other data manipulation tools.
- Exposure to Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
- Experience in integrating Power BI with third-party systems or APIs.

Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300) or equivalent is a plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
