About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Informatica Consultant with deep, hands-on expertise across the full Informatica ecosystem — spanning legacy PowerCenter to the up-to-date Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) suite. The ideal candidate will drive design, development, migration, governance, and production support initiatives across on-premises and cloud data integration landscapes — including supporting existing customer PowerCenter installations, leading PowerCenter-to-IDMC modernization programs, and resolving live production issues.

PowerCenter

On-prem & cloud installation, administration, development (8+ yrs)

PowerCenter Support

Supporting/maintaining existing customer PowerCenter installations — patching, upgrades, monitoring, BAU support

IDMC / Secure Agent

Org setup, Secure Agent installation & configuration

CDI

Mapping design, taskflows, connectors, performance tuning

CAI

Process design,



API basics (REST/SOAP), event handling/messaging

MDM

Data modeling, match/merge, hierarchy management

Data Governance

Data quality, cataloging, lineage, stewardship

IDMC AI (CLAIRE)

Working knowledge of AI-assisted recommendations/automation features

Migration

Hands-on PowerCenter → IDMC/CDI migration experience, including complex mapping conversions and legacy modernization

Production Support

Proven ability to debug and fix issues in live customer production environments; strong RCA skills under time pressure

Good to Have

Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) / Cloud Data Quality (CDQ)

Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise connectors

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Familiarity with Informatica's migration accelerators/utilities for PowerCenter-to-IDMC migration

Experience with L2/L3 managed support models and ticket-based SLAs
