Role Summary

The Assistant Manager Content plays a hands-on role in delivering aconsistent, high-quality content output across MS Indias digital andretail ecosystem. This role focuses on content creation video and static,support shoot execution, cataloging, influencer integrations, andplatform-ready adaptations, ensuring that all brand content is visually strong,relevant, and aligned to defined brand standards.

Working closely with the Manager Content, stylists, influencer teams,and digital stakeholders, this role drives day-to-day execution of the contentcalendar, while bringing fresh perspective through trend tracking, stylinginputs, and content ideas

Key Responsibilities and Outcomes

Content Creation Production

Create fresh,stylised content across formats: Video (primary focus), Static imagery

Translate product andcategory needs into compelling visual content

Ensure contentreflects: Up-to-date styling, Clear product storytelling

Premium brandexpression

Create and manageUGC-led shoots and content to bring alive product stories and styling in a morerelatable manner,



while also capturing real-time content for SPARKs and otherexperiential moments

Shoot Execution Cataloging

Manage end-to-endexecution of cataloging and content shoots, including Coordination withphotographers, models, and vendors, Shoot planning and scheduling

Work closely withstylists to: Ensure strong styling direction, Deliver content aligned to brandand category narratives

Maintain speed andefficiency across high-volume content production

Social Content Calendar Execution

Execute the daily andweekly social content calendar

Ensure timelydelivery of: Posts, Reels, Video content

Coordinate internallyto ensure alignment with: Campaigns, Category drops, Trading priorities

Influencer Content Integration

Support integrationof influencer-led content into the brand ecosystem

Manage: Influencercontent edits, Adaptation into brand formats

Ensure all influenceroutputs: Meet quality standards, A
