Export Back Office

Responsibilities
- Study the inquiry received from sales partners.
- Provide solutions with the help of the GAD team.
- After approval of solutions, prepare techno-commercial offer.
- Coordinate with sales partners related to project orders status
- After receipt of the signed order, prepare the final drawing according to the customers requirements and send for approval.
- Prepare SO for manufacturing.
- Update CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, or Excel-based systems) with leads, opportunities, and customer details.
- Follow up with the design team for articles codes/BOM.
- Submit approved drawing to the planning department to calculate project material
- Prepare the proforma invoice and related documents and follow up on the payment with all customers
- Follow up with production team for dimensions and weight.
- Follow up with the purchasing team regarding the availability and prices of materials required for the project or prepare a quotation.




- Follow up with accounts department regarding the dispatch of materials and the invoicing process.
- Follow up with the dispatch team to ensure that the materials are ready.
- After dispatching the items/shipment, provide necessary documents to the sales partners.
- Follow up with the Quality team if received any site complaints/feedback.
- Maintaining all technical data as well as project related data.
- Prepare update a price list of all the systems if not available.
- Prepare update MIS report on a weekly basis.
- Prepare update MIS report on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of reports as per Management requirement
- Any other work related to Export Dept.
