Position: Store Manager/ Sale Staff
Experience: 3–5+ years in retail/store management
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
Lead, train, and motivate sales staff.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Handle customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Monitor stock, inventory, product displays, and replenishment.
Maintain proper store discipline, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with management regarding sales, stock, and operational requirements.
