Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory on e-commerce platforms.
Handle orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure accurate and timely updates of product and inventory data.
Manage promotions, discounts, and marketplace campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Positive knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze sales and marketplace performance.
Candidates with experience in managing multiple marketplaces will be preferred.
