Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to manage Business, People & Customer Experience and drive overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Management
Achieve Store Sales Target & Growth vs LY.
Monitor Conversion, ATV, UPT, Footfall & Category Performance.
Drive team productivity and brand staff contribution.
Analyse daily/weekly sales and take corrective actions.

People Management
Manage manpower deployment, productivity and performance.
Conduct daily team briefings and regular selling/product training.
Ensure attendance, grooming, discipline and team engagement.

Customer Management
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
Drive Customer Data – 360°, repeat customers and customer follow-ups.
Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Store Operations
Ensure Stock Accuracy, VM, Floor Presentation & SOP Compliance.
Monitor stock availability, replenishment and shrinkage.
Ensure timely MIS, reports and operational checklists.

Strong Retail Sales & Store Operations understanding

Ability to identify issues, take corrective actions and deliver business results
Graduate with 5–8 years of Retail Store Management experience.
Solid knowledge of Sales, People & Store Operations.
Valuable communication, leadership and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable with MS Excel, MIS & Retail KPIs.
Target-oriented and solid in execution.
