We are looking for a blockchain engineer who can take projects from prototype to production. You will be a core contributor on our blockchain team, building smart contracts, designing tokenomics, and architecting decentralized systems that handle real economic value.
We’re looking for someone with
Strong systems programming skills and a deep understanding of distributed systems
Production experience building on at least one major blockchain platform
Solid understanding of cryptographic primitives, consensus mechanisms, and security best practices
Experience shipping and maintaining a production smart contract or dApp
Comfortable working in a quick-moving, research-driven setting
Desired
Deep experience with Solidity,
Rust (Substrate/ink!), or both
Familiarity with multiple chains — Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, Hyperledger, Stellar
Understanding of DeFi primitives (AMMs, lending protocols, staking mechanisms)
Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects
Solid written and verbal communication skills for protocol design discussions
