Admission Counsellor – Front Office

Location: Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Patna

Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Patna is looking for a smart, confident and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our Front Office & Admissions Team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with prospective parents and students, providing accurate information about the school and admission process, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide parents and students regarding the school’s admission process, curriculum, facilities and other relevant information.
Handle front office enquiries through walk-ins, telephone calls, WhatsApp and email.
Follow up with prospective parents and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate admission records and update databases/ERP systems.
Schedule campus visits, counselling sessions and admission-related appointments.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as required.
Assist with other front office and admission-related administrative tasks.





Eligibility & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Smart, confident and well-presented personality.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and counselling skills.
Valuable command of English and Hindi.
Prior experience in school admissions, front office, counselling, customer service or a similar role will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and digital communication tools.
Own vehicle for local travel and admission-related work will be preferred.
