Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through calls, leads, references, and customer interactions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, premiums, and terms clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers for renewals and additional requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation.
