Orders Trainee

At Lawand, the Orders Trainee will work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to support efficient supply chain operations. This role requires hands-on experience with SAP, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

The trainee will be responsible for managing order details, extracting orders from SAP, preparing templates, and maintaining timely communication with all teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract supplier purchase orders from SAP and ensure accurate data capture.
- Prepare order-related files in Excel, including order details, BBD templates, and undelivered SKU lists.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare necessary documents once orders are scheduled.
- Identify and escalate major issues or delays to the COP team for timely resolution.

Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
