Job Summary:

OSI Digital is seeking a Oracle EBS Technical Developer with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, extensions, and technical solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS modules while delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions
- Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and production support
- Prepare technical design documents, coding standards, and implementation documentation
- Support Oracle EBS enhancements, upgrades, and application maintenance activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust Oracle EBS solutions
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices

Required Skills:

- 5 to 10 years of hands-on Oracle EBS Technical development experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows




- Experience working with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain (SCM), and HRMS modules
- Hands-on experience with XML Publisher and Web ADI
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware is an added advantage
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills

We Are Not Looking for Someone Who:

- Has never worked directly with business users or clients
- Lacks hands-on Oracle EBS Technical development experience
- Has limited exposure to enterprise Oracle EBS implementations
- Is not comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
