Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and disciplined Security Officer / Office Boy to manage office security, assist with front desk activities and provide general office support. The ideal candidate should be reliable, well-mannered and capable of handling day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entry and exit of employees, visitors, and interview candidates.
Maintain the visitor register and movement logs accurately.
Welcome and guide interview candidates to the HR department.
Open and close the office as per company schedule.
Monitor the reception area and ensure office safety and security.
Perform outdoor duties such as bank-related work, document collection, and other office errands as required.
Assist with general office support and administrative tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and discipline around the reception and office entrance.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Responsible, honest, punctual, and disciplined.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience as a Security Officer, Office Boy, or in a similar support role will be preferred.
