We are seeking an experienced Back Office Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a graduate with proven industry experience to manage operations related to lighting projects.
What You'll Do
Prepare proposals and quotations
Follow up with production department based on orders from clients.
Coordinate with the client and update them on their order status and deilvery .
Coordinate with internal departments and manage the dispatch process.
Who You Are
A Graduate with relevant industry experience in lighting, electrical, construction, smart home automation, or a closely allied sector
Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate a qualified demeanor and presentation.
