Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, code review processes and technical best practices across the team.
Translate business/functional requirements into detailed technical solutions, HLD/LLD and solution architecture documentation.
Design and develop RESTful APIs/GraphQL services using Node.js and Express.js, with secure authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth).
Build responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React.js, Hooks, Context API and Redux.
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexing and aggregation pipelines for performance.
Mentor and guide a team of developers, driving Agile/Scrum practices — sprint planning, estimations and delivery tracking.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensure unit/integration testing coverage, and troubleshoot production issues with root-cause analysis.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP),



Docker/Kubernetes and Next.js is helpful, but not mandatory unless specifically assigned.

Candidate Profile
5+ years of relevant qualified experience in MERN stack development.
Strong hands-on expertise across MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js.
Proven experience leading a development team and owning technical/solution decisions.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs.
Robust analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Kerala-based candidates are preferred.

Pay: ₹14,351.19 - ₹30,000.00 per month
