About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Area Sales Officers to join our Sales Team in Kollam, Malappuram, and Kannur.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in building a career in sales. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Visit customers and potential clients regularly to generate sales.
Promote and explain company products to customers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales and market visit reports.




Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the assigned territory.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in building materials, construction products, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, or related industries will have an added advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
A valid two-wheeler and driving licence would be an advantage.
